Hello everyone I have just been set my land law assignment and just need a little help to get the ball rolling.

Basically we have a quote on how the land registration system protects indefeasible titles and leaves little room for the operation of the principle of "sustained possession".

Firstly, is "sustained possession" the same as "adverse possession"?
Secondly, whats anyones initial reaction to that quote...it's a "Discuss" question?

Thanks a lot!
