Did anyone have to give their individual module results when applying to Oxford, or just their overall AS grades?

that said, if they were good, you should get your referee to make note of that in the reference.

you only state your grades, not marks.

its only cambridge who do that.

No, just do your grades. Though if you got some amazing marks like 300/300 in a subject or several 100%s, you can mention that in your UCAS statement (or make sure your referee does).
