best mates (girlie advice)

right you see my best mate moved away over a year ago i see her not so often and i phone and email her and for christmas i want to get something speical as she is the only person on this earth i trust!!!

and i feel i really can pour my heart out to and depend on to cheer me up, last year i got her a T-bar pendant and she is still wearing the cross i brought years ago i think, but i want to buy something that symoblises such a great friendship!!

i was thinking a best friend spilt pendant but they are kind of tacky and childish and i have got some ones and they are crap i don;t wear them but i saw this in argos

and i thought it would be perfect, would you like it if a best mate got it for you? i was wondering if it was to tacky and fake maybe something else would be better but that means we both have one!! im not sure really!!

umm i think jewarlly is a more personal present then say smellys, teddies, choclates, or anything else and its a way we can both have one, i suppose maybe i might rethink it i don't want the other one i used to be mates think im buying friendship!!

i think its better as its something you can take anywhere with you, no this girl who totally hates me and doesn't even have a reason, used to buy everything for her mate (my best friend) and i have always thought this to be a little bit of a cry for help, she used to buy friendship and its not a joke i just didn;t want anyone to think i was doing it, i hardly buy anything for myself let alone anyone else at the moment last time i brought something about 3 months ago!!

i think it means friendship but then again so does all the other jewerally i have got for my mate!!

so yer thinking about it does seem pointless to spend that amount when i could buy something that will mean more!!

for my friends 18th her best friend made a book full of pictures of them since they were babies, with all their memories and holidays, it was all in chronological order and the last picture was one taken a few days earlier. She wrote little captions too abut things to do with them. my friend was really touched by the effort she went to.
