That's the stupidest thing I've ever seen (and I go to a comprehensive school). Is this just another way of drawing attention to yourself? Why have you put only the avatars of a few moronic chatters (with a couple of exceptions) on it? Were they the only people who would rep you?

i think the banner needs a lot of work as it isn't as good quality as it should be. If it is going to be a near professional advertismnt it will not do as it does not come across well. It seems like a cut and paste job rather than some artistic input.

Add more colour to it, (no psychodelic colours please), more text.
