I've heard they do work but ive never actually heard of anybody using them consistantly for over a month, and im fairly sure any benifit you get from it is lost fairly fast. IMO waste of money, just do some stomach crunchs, as good toning belts start at £100 and up.

If they worked you would see them in better adverts than the 2am channel 5 stuff or in the back of the sun, seriously just do some sit ups! I have a flat tummy and I work for it and it doesnt take all that long either. You will be much more proud of it too, probably healthier!

i had one, but stopped using it because the results dont last long, i find that the old fashion way of sit ups etc work best
I wouldn't say that results are lost quickly, I mean obv if you don't make any extra efforts nowt will happen, but I jus use it 4 half an hour at the end of the nite every nite, and I can definately feel the results!

does anyone know anyone who has one of those tonng belts that supposedly firm up your abs, thighs etc? I do fat burning exercise already and i was wondering if one of these would help enhance the toning effect.....do they work???

any advice greatly appreciated xxx

They do work yes, but make sure you get a new one and use the instructions properly as old ones can usually give you a rather uncomfortable tingling feeling

they really dont work. they mildly stimulate your stomach muscles but dont build them up or 'tone' them in the slightest because there is no range of movement. they pretty much do nothing.
