How to structure a GCSE History exam answer?

Yep. Its what i have been told any way.
This is the way that my class learned (IDEAL paragraph), for answers where you need to identify a reason for something:

I - Identify the reason that answers the question
D - Describe the reason, so what it looks like, does etc.
E - Explain why that reason answers the question
A - Analyse, why that reason is more important than other reasons
L - Link back to the question, so what are the key points that make the reason answer the question

Hopefully this helped somebody out there!
