Well after severe weight loss, I've turned into a skinny **** with some loose skin. To counter this, I'm trying to build muscle again, though again, my metabolism is being a ***** -.-
Problem is, I play a lot of football as well. So when I have my daily dose of protein (fish, eggs, whatever) it makes me slower and more sluggish when playing football.
So I have to do cardio excersise to maintain my fitness and that burns away any muscle I've built up.
So at the end of the day, I'm knackered with little or no end product.
Any way to sort this?
Eat a load whilst lifting 3 times a week(something like SS) and doing decent cardio 2 times a week and you'll gain weight and maintain cardio fitness...
It's what i'm trying to do at the moment as well and i'm doing ok-ish although as i've only been doing 1 cardio sessiona week my cardio has suffered a little bit i reckon...
