I think this is right anyway. You need to revise your tense endings =)

can you check whether this french summary to see if the tenses/vocab etc are incorrect

feel free to make alterations
You'll get better advice than mine from a native speaker, but in case no one else answers here are some corrections I'd make already:

My French isn't perfect but hope this helps at least a little bit

Kai Hiwatari's alteration is correct.

Although you need to check your basic grammar in both English and French.

To stay in good shape not only do you have to eat healthily, you also need to exercise. Therefore, to keep fit I visit the gym, and sometimes participate in sports such as badminton, aerobics, tennis etc.

p.s. don't use a translator please..

But I won't be offended if you don't use it since since I'm not fluent

i asked for advice on french, not english
I'm assuming English is your mother tongue? If it is, you're much better off gaining a better grasp of your own language before attempting that of another. Therefore my advice is perfectly suitable to what you asked.

Oh and no need for the name calling - it just undermines your point

I actually regret helping you now. aeterno is giving you some good advice and you're kinda being very rude and throwing it back? Bit more advice for you:
1. Don't ask for advice and then refuse to take it.
2. Grow up.
