    I used to jog a fair amount in order to maintain fitness but due to shin problems and the like I've opted to take up something low impact. Thought swimming would be the best way to go. I'm not sure where to start!

    I guess I'm looking for a routine to follow i.e. a routine to follow to improve cardio performance etc.?

    Any advice appreciated! Thanks!
