Hi, I have a few concepts about tort that are not clear... Can someone please provide me some clarification?

B and G are co-workers. B is a guy and G is a girl. If B followed G home after work, and G is very upset about it, but she did not tell anyone about it. Can G file an assault claim on B?

Also, if an employer held a camping trip and assume all employees and the employer went. If one of his employee committed a tort in the trip. Is the employer vicariously liable? Does the trip count as "a course of employment"?

    Thanks in advance
