I've got no food in the house, have lost my house key (and had to phone my landlord to bring a spare round), and so I can't go out of the house. I have a tenner in my Paypal account and want to know if it's possible to order a takeaway online and pay them via Paypal and get it delivered to my house? Somewhere in the north Manchester area please, if anyone can recommend a takeaway let me know.

because the OP has an unhealthy relationship with simple logic

I have a tenner in my Paypal account, not in my bank tho, so will send them the money into their Paypal account.

Debit yes, credit no because credit cards are a dangerous route into debt.

Ok I rang my local takeaway and they're bringing my dinner in 45 mins, gonna pay him in cash at the door, too much hassle to faff about with Paypal.
