Slightly change the course I've applied to? I applied for LLB Law with Criminology, and too an extent I am happy with the course I have chosen and I will probably enjoy learning the disciplines of Criminology, however I've started thinking about LLB Law With Psychology. The same University which gave me an offer for LLB With Criminology offers LLB Law With Psychology and has the same entry requirements and everything. Do you think I should contact the University and ask?

The reason why I didn't apply for the LLB Law with Psychology course straight away is because the LLB Law with Criminology appealed to me right away, but as I've got further into my Psychology A-level I have began to develop a passion for Psychology and want to carry on studying it joint with a Law degree.

The University is Nottingham Trent. Do you know whether they would be leniant?
or do you think its pointless asking?

They quite possibly will - the earlier you ask, the higher the chance. Contact them now about it.

I know someone who had an offer for Psychology at Royal Holloway, and a week before the results came out successfully switched to Spanish there.

It won't hurt to ask. If they have space, they'll be happy to move you over. If they say no, worth saying that if they end up with clearing spaces there after the results, can they switch you over.

I agree with this kid ^ Check if there are places left for Law with Psychology by seeing if they're offering it on UCAS Extra. If so, it's almost certain that they will allow you to change course considering they have already made you an offer for a similar course and the requirements are the same.
