This seems a pretty random idea for a thread, but I was just thinking about this and wanted other people's thoughts and opinions.

What do you make of keyrings?

Personally, I don't mind them - as they can be 'fun' or show traits of your personality or even your interests - but what irritates me is when people have so much crap dangling off their keyring that they have to faff around trying to sift through all the foam footballs, miniature shoes and band logos to get to their key and open their door.

On my keyring I have a key for the front door, a key for my bedroom door, a key for my lockbox and an NYPD keyring that my mother bought me as a souvenir from her holiday in New York. That's all I have and I like it that way.

When I have to use my mother's keys for her house (when I go back to visit some times) I have to ask her to remove all the junk from them because it's just so uncomfortable to have a massive ball of scrap metal in your pocket with all the junk poking and prodding you in the leg.

I know the issue is something trivial, but it just annoys me somewhat when I see this.

    What are your thoughts?

What do you have on your keyring?
