    -Grill/fry some chicken breast.
    - Put the chicken in a wrap with the sauce and some lettuce and sliced peppers, roll it up, sprinkle with cheese and put it in the oven for 5 mins nom nom nom

Alternatively you dont have to cook it, still good

Honey on porridge... don't eat marmite/mustard/hotdogs, jams and marmalades in scones/inbetween cakes. I don't think a red roasted pepper and feta meze goes on porridge/scones/cakes.

Pitta bread is a good idea, just didn't know if it was meant to be used the same as hummus.

Meze can be eaten as a starter so you can simply put some in a dish and dip bread into it. Yum.

Alternatively you can do as someone else has suggested and incorporate it into a main dish such as baked with chicken, spooned through cooked pasta, top a jacket potato, add to a salad or added to a sauce.

Personally I'd dip bread into it but that's because I'm deliciously impatient.

I misread it as fringe so was surprised when the picture was of food.
