Knee pain Watch
After the half marathon I stopped running for a while and after xmas started to run short distances again with no extra pain to my knee. However in the last few weeks it has got worse.
The pain is directly behind my knee but it is starting to move into the sides of my knee.
I've booked a Doctors appointment but its not for two weeks. Just wondering if anyone has any advise?
Though this sounds more like Osgood slatters, which you usually grow out of.
Really? I dont think its joint pain though it feels more muscle pain. Also as i hurt my knee doing exercise so would this really be the cause.
