I only heard about this because it was nominated for an Oscar. I urge you to watch it if you are at all interested in the reality of what is happening in Afghanistan from the soldiers perspective.
It's a doc about a company of US soldiers on the front line in the mountains of Afghanistan. It really shows what it's like to be in a war with an invisible enemy. It's quite moving at times and you really feel for the soldiers. It shows them partying in their tent during a quiet moment (listening to some dance music), but it also shows an awful moment when their sergeant gets killed while they are out on a mission. One of the younger soldiers completely loses it and starts crying like a baby.
Awful really, but a very powerful and human film that really stays with you.
