Hiya. So here's the thing, I really want to do history at a decent university. The problem is I'm only doing as this year (I'm a second year A2 student) so I want to stay another year at college, do the A2 and double box something else (Do another A level in one year). However this has recently been made more complicated. The old system at college was that almost anyone with a vaguely decent reason could stay on another year, but due to the government cuts, the number of spaces for third years is now very limited. I have a meeting with my division leader (Stem subjects) tomorrow which could determine whether or not I stay on. I'm not to sure how to handle possible outcomes, in fact I'm nervous enough about the meeting (the women doing is scary as), so any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
