I had a similar sort of thing when the University of Edinburgh interviewed me, I'd applied for physics there, and I'd written my personal statement to suit my other course choices, which were all engineering degrees.
Was a pretty easy review to get through, but make up a story beforehand, so you know how to relate your statement to that course, because in my case I was taken by surprise and had to make it up on the spot...

Don't worry about it. My PS was not really relevant to one of my options, but they still hgave me an offer. So don't worry. And at the interview, the interviewer won't try and catch you out. He does not do that
