Just try to cut down on all the fatty stuff you eat i.e ice cream, chocolate and replace it with something healthier such as a Banana or an Apple.

For breakfast, get some of those wheatabix mini's or some fruit 'n' fibre and cut up a banana and put it in with your cereal, its great (y)

Only drink alcahol at weekends, replace your usual snacks with some pineapple chunks or a fruit salad.

    It all helps!

Why do people ask these kinds of questions? Are you too dumb to figure out what foods are healthy and what aren't? I swear you learnt this kind of stuff in primary school.

You can actually eat at fast food restaurants and still eat healthy. You just have to make the right choices.

Cut out sugary cereals (esp. things like breakfast cereal bars)- check the labels, if it's over something like 21% sugars or 21 grammes or something, it's not great. So basically Alpen, plain cereal, porridge etc.

Fruit and veg, stuff like spinach and other leafy veg shrinks when you're preparing it, so you can eat a lot at once.
Mixed salads- tomato, lettuce, orange, apple, pepper, celery, etc etc.
    Wholemeal bread not brown bread.
Not squashes and "juice drinks", real juice or water or tea.

Btw, how can eating at fast food restaurants be eating healthily? You can be healthy in spite of going there, but if it's a regular thing your diet won't be healthy.
