If, as a result of a breach of an Employment Contract, the former employee has suffered these losses:

    1. Excessive overtime (30 hours over contracted for) and subsequent 3 month hospital stay from stress.

    2. Redundancy after Employers declared in administration

    3. Severe difficulty finding a job due to damage of reputation from employee's association with his ex-employer's.

What is the most likely damages the court would award? Loss of amenity ? Distress damages?
