If they're hot flashes, it could be early menopause.

    Tease

Sleep's possibly as good as anything, and get someone to chweck if you actually have a temperature. Could be a fever, or could just be tiredness...

I have the same atm - though it's more like most of me is roasting but my feet are freezing because it's so cold. But then yesterday I was freezing/shivering some of the time even when indoors, then hot again. I've had to turn the radiator off in my room because I'm far too hot, even though my room really wasn't that warm!
Do you think there's some kind of weird virus going round? I don't really have anything apart from feeling hot and a bit knackered, just assumed it was all the ridiculous late nights I've been having due to lots of work (though have no idea whether it's possible for late nights to do this). But maybe there is some kind of bug if someone else is getting the same. Apparently I sound like I might be losing my voice though! Do you feel 'husky' as well?
    Hope you feel better anyway!

Hmm I hope it's not a bug going round cos I am exactly the same as the OP I was so cold today that I was sitting there with like 5 layers of thick clothing on and a scarf (indoors!) and still cold, but my head felt really hot My friend said it sounds like I might be getting flu, cos I'm really exhausted lately. Always happens at the most inconvinient time
To sexysax: If you're odd then I am too!
