I need to start eating healthily, I get pizza or a baguette most days at college then fishfingers/waffles freezer food when I get home :/
Is Greggs considered 'junk food', I really don't know what to eat at college. Eating healthy is too expensive atm.
it's your health!!! save up on drinks, **** and snacks and invest in your body!

I don't drink, don't smoke and rarely eat chocolate/crisps Spend about £15 a week on food at college. Can't be bothered to make sandwiches at home, the only ones I like are the cheese ploughmans baguettes from Asda or the ploughmans sandwich from Co-op. Costs about £3 in a meal with another side (crisps/choc/fruit) and a drink. Also I rarely have fizzy drink, water most days.

I hardly ever get takeaways...a bit less than once a month.

I eat junk food every day.

Had kfc last week and this week . . but usually it's a rare thing. I eat a lot of junk food (freezer food like waffles, chicken chargrills etc)

A takeaway between 1-3 times a week. Junk food everyday near enough.

Every day. in moderation of course
For instance, i may eat a jelly bean after a healthy lunch. Or half a cookie. Or a potato chip.

    I don't think that's unhealthy

2-3 times a week, though I have little choice as college food is expensive and I can't afford to have it everyday
