Resources to help me cope with social anxiety? watch

Can anyone recommend any resources to help me cope with social anxiety? And by resources, I mean books, DVD's, web pages etc.

I haven't been diagnosed with anything, but my counsellor mentioned that she thought I might have it. Even if I don't have it, I think I'd benefit from all the help I can get.

If anyone has had any experience with books (etc.) I would be very grateful if you could give me some recommendations.

It's a workbook divided into twelve modules produced by the Centre for Clinical Interventions. Might be helpful to you, it's all about social anxiety

Hi, for the past couple of weeks I've been participating in a study for people with social anxiety. We have to work through this toolkit thing, the website is called ecouch. I've found it kind of useful, makes you look at situations differently.
