all new state of the art equipment, can even plug in your ipods into the equipment as your working out.

Do you know how many squat racks there are?
Are there mirrors so I can admire myself whilst squatting?

no idea on squat racks but assume they would have them, and yes mirrors , both rooms are full of windows as well as its all on ground floor level so you can admire yourself in those as well, if people looking from outside aren't!

will find the link for the gym and see if it has pictures for you

Men usually do it then see if people notice them doing it and think are they jealous of me.

here's link to website with details for you and pics, gym is bigger than the pics make out just taken at an angle. http://www.ntu.ac.uk/sport/facilitie...ton/index.html

the name of the sports centre may be familiar to you as well, sure you'll realise why in a minute

unfortunately he didn't but he is from nottinghamshire so they decided to name the building after him which they succeeded in getting him to attend the opening of.

we have the odd sports person graduate from the university though, steve trapmore who won gold a few times with british rowing team at the olympics, and now the coach of cambridge uni rowing team. sure there are otehrs but not in my head at minute

Yeah defo, squat is at 130kg
bench is shameful (like 70kg, don't know what's going on)
    Deadlift 140kg
lifting for 3 months now, missed quite a bit though due to being disgustingly ill and nearly ****ting myself while leg pressing >.<

    6"1' 91kg
    you?

Nice nice, the day I deadlift 200kg is the day I scream out loud in my notoriously silent gym.

year and a half? your lifts are pretty good, but you seem a little skinny, unless your not going for bulk?

my peak was 80kg, surprisingly i've been trying to bulk ever since i started lifting weights. when everything seems to be going well (weight wise) i end up sick and loose all my weight which leaves me back to square one. i am currently on a bulk now. eating 6 meals a day(roughly 3k+ calories 170+ protein) etc i'm trying to get to around 90kg+
