Not at all. I don't give a **** either. Non-Irish people only pretend to give a **** because they want to get drunk, which is in fairness a pretty good reason. Also Guinness is horrible.

Bottled Guinness is where it's at. Brewed only in Dublin, mind. I'll raise a glass to my Irish friends anyday.

It's a good excuse to drink.

It's annoying when the token Irish person of the group gets all OTT and shouty and hysterical. Like, we get it mate, you're Irish.

It's literally the only day of the year that it'd be even the remotest advantage. I'd be happy to.

Nope, I couldn't give a crap. People only care because they can get drunk.

All beer is an acquired taste, but I'm a lager person. I like very few ales/bitter/stouts/whatever.

Yeah, I don't see why people with no Irish heritage would? It can be a very fun day, but it's too mental. You need to be off your face to actually enjoy. I feel bad for all the tourists, they didn't know what hit them yesterday...Dublin city is full of gardaí confiscating drink off 12 year olds, and 15 year olds off their heads, wearing barely anything. It's actually chaos, nobody's sober. In short, it's actually worse than you think it is. But the parade is great!

Which should definitely remain the first thing that comes into your head when you think of an entire country. Keep up the good work.

Ha that wouldn't be a typical view, they're not even wearing green or anything! Both of your photos are of O'Connell Street, known as a street full junkies and foreign nationals. Grafton street would be totally different.
