    Ok OP im going to first give a life lesson that you should remember - always go with your gut. If your gut is telling you its wrong its a pretty safe bet that its pushing you the right way.

    Secondly - quit your losses stomach your pride and walk out.What these people are doing is illegal though you wont get very far without an employment contract. What is your basic understanding of the role? Wheres your training? what have they said is your basic salary? Is there an OTE attachment and KPI expectations? If they are a registered charity they would give you an ID for the role you are doing and should be able to provide proof that they are registered.

    cut your losses and get out, i dont think you are going to get paid anytime soon.

    Sounds like the normal charity-fundraising job. People believe it's easy money but you're treated quite bad and from experience it's very little money.

    So find a new job ASAP, and get the hell out of there.
