Given that h(x) is a one to one function find the smalles possible value of the constant a.

Also it gives me a hint, "complete the square for h(x)", i tried doing this and i still didnt get the right answer. the answer is 3.

x^2-6x+20x? I'm not sure that's what the question would ask.

    I think it should be x^2-6x+20 i.e. not 20x

Even if it was though, you would get a = 11 as the answer rather than 3.
