run around the halls naked and dive on the first person of the opposite sex you see.
i currently have two. its not that hard.

pull someone in a club a few times, then have a chat and explain you don't want anything at all serious and just want random sex with them occasionly

At clubs or parties is the best place. Not saying you won't find them in other places but generally, the types of girls who aren't looking for anything serious will be at these places fairly often. And it definitely helps if you look hot/fit.
