    Some uni's do send letters, or emails, but all offers will appear on Track as well.

    For three of my offers I had written confirmation in the post, but as said above, universities will always put your offers on track.

    Yes. They have to: they are not official offers capable of acceptance otherwise.

    As the above poster pointed out. They MUST send it on track, or else it isn't official. Some unis send you an e-mail, telling you that you have been accepted/rejected. Sometimes it maybe different on track. But the track is the official bit, so I wouldn't get too happy until its on track, even if you got a genuine e-mail/letter.
