Was discussing this with fit/ and they said the idea is terrible. Basically, using weights and circuits together. They said how the weight was so small it wouldn't do anything and how low rep high weights is better for fitness overall.

I don't see how it's that big of a problem. Certainly, HIT with weights sounds like a good idea on paper. As HITT is the fastest way to burn fat. Say if you are squatting really fast for HITT, why can't you then add weight say doing a front squats.

Also, what you guys think off fasted cardio? Like wake up, don't eat breakfast and then doing cardio. Surely, the body would have to adapt more and the added stress is going to make the cardio better.

Lastly, what is so bad about curling? As theoretically speaking if you are trying to choke someone you would be doing a curling motion. So for self defense curling would be good if you get someone in a headlock. Don't see what's so bad about isolation?

P.S. Also, what is good about SS? The diet Rippletoe suggest is horrible and the squats they make you do I think is very bad as it causes imbalances in your leg.

Well, there is a trolling image where a person has weighted clothes on. When you take them off you would have increased the speed of your movement by 2 times.
