    Hi,

I'm currently studying an Access to HE Sports Studies course, with the aim of doing a three year degree at Brighton University (starting in September).

The course is going really well and I've already accepted conditional offers from Brighton (firm) and Southampton Solent (insurance).

However, one part of my Access course has had me struggling a bit and I have an exam in that module tomorrow. I've been revising hard but it's just not going in and I'm worried I won't get the 40% mark I need to pass.

If I fail the exam, how does it affect the rest of my course? Will I totally fail the course, or will it be balanced by my other grades? I've mainly received distinctions and merit marks so far...

I only need to "pass" the course to get into both Brighton and Southampton.

I will ask one of our teachers tomorrow, but I just wanted some peace of mind before taking the exam....

    Cheers guys.

Hopefully you've already been told this but if you fail you should get a chance to re-sit the exam so that you'll pass. I wouldn't worry too much! If you've been getting loads of Ds, I'm sure you'll have done fine
