Ok please don't judge me or leave messages with the dangers of doing this because I've seen it all and tbh it's not something I ever do, I just over ate and it happened.

I'd seen somewhere that is was better to purge in the shower after a binge because of the noise etc so just sort of did. I'd only just started and only really water was coming up. Our shower door is broken aswell so I was noticing even more water on the floor as usual. The plug wasn't blocked or anything and it didn't seem like there was anything to block it up with.

My Dad then ran upstairs saying that there was water coming out of the fire alarm bellow and was anything blocking the plug hole... I didn't see anything but obviously turned the shower off.

I'm guessing due to the amount of water on the floor it was coming through the floor boards but now my Dad's gf is acting all strange and I'm getting completely paranoid it was my fault and they're going to find out.

Like I said this isn't something I often do. I really don't want them to find out and feel really stupid and wouldn't do it again. What shall I do?

Like someone else said just pretend that you had a stomach bug & so were sick.

So you were making yourself sick in the shower, and it blocked?

Just say it was an accident as you spontaneously felt like heaving while you were in the shower...

Not that I am encouraging this behaviour.

Just pretend you've got a stomach bug and tell him you threw up in the shower.

Meanwhile, in all seriousness, get help. Bulimia does not lead to good things.
