In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep pore-cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial masque which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion.

Here's a typical day for me. Today is different though because I couldn't be bothered sleeping and just stayed awake all night.

16.00 - wake up (unless someone wakes me up early, like 14.00, in which case I usually stay in bed untill 16.00 anyway)
16.10 - leave bed, put on a sweater and trousers
    16.15 - head to kitchen
16.16 - eat a sandwhich (sometimes I make fish fingers and mash if I feel ambitious)
    16.30 - eating complete
16.31 - read the newspaper, maybe have a cup of tea
16.32 - still no news about a nuclear war
16.52 - bored with the news
16.53 - turn on my laptop
16.55 - check TSR and maybe UCAS track
17.30 - parents come home, I'm told to get a job and do something meaningful.
    17.31 - continue checking TSR
    19.50 - have a sandwhich
    20.00 - watch some TV
    21.00 - more TSR
23.30 - have a fag and chat with my neighbor
23.50 - have a sandwhich or something else to eat
    00.00 - TSR
    03.00 - bored with TSR
    03.01 - head for bedroom
    03.02 - in bedroom
03.03 - listen to some music and play some guitar
    03.50 - turn on TV
03.51 - watch some random american crap
05.00 - play some more guitar
    05.50 - go to bed
    05.51 - turn on TV
    06.00 - morning news starts
    06.01 - watch morning news
    07.30 - turn off TV
    08.00 - time to sleep

    Hooray for unemployment.
