Hi, I'm 23 in my first year of a 3 year degree. I Studied for one year in 05-06 doing a HND (I received a tuition fee loan and a maintenance grant from SF) then dropped out, I paid all that I was owed back within 6 months.
I then studied for 6 months on a degree course in 07-08, I didn't get any funding from SF, paid my own tuition fees, supported myself etc.
I started My current course, which I am very happy with, and enjoy, this year (academic year - 10-11) and applied for a student loan and maintenance grant last summer. Originally their offer came through, and it said that I would not be entitled to a tuition fee loan, and only the basic maintenance grant, (I applied for an income assessed loan) and assumed it was because they had yet to process my mom's information. My moms evidence was finally processed 2 weeks ago, and I got an updated offer, however it still doesn't indicate that I will have a tuition fee loan. (I used my maintenance loan to pay the first half of this year, under the impression I would be able to get that back when they processed my moms evidence and I'd be entitiled to a tuition fee loan)
I rang SF two weeks ago, and notified them of my situation, and that I had only received one year of previous funding, but had had 2 years in education. (the person on the phone said she'd amend it and send out a letter after 7 working days with an updated offer, but have yet to recieve anything, I checked my online account and there has been no update yet.
I'm getting quite worried, as I'm up for potential exclusion on the 22nd March, if my remaining tuition fees haven't been paid by then, and I don't know what to do...I can't pay my tuition fees and rent etc.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In short, I need to pay my tuition fees by 22nd March otherwise my case is going to the exclusion panel.
I can't afford to pay them myself as I have already used my maintenance loan to pay the first half of my fees.
I've studied for two year previous, but only been funded for one.
