Come and do chinese, it rocks! I am doing an option of History next semester so I can tell you about it then, but I think it's a good department. One of my mates does History BSc and he is really enjoying it. Isn't it a tad too late to switch courses now though? There might be essays that have to have been handed in already...

What is wrong with Psychology anyway?

Hi hun :hugs:
I really hate Psychology, its all science and maths, and it's really boring. The lecturers are all dicks as well.
I was gonna switch at the end of the year and start again, but I'm gonna go talk to a careers advisor person on thursday anyway and see what they say.

Glad you are enjoying Chinese though! What do you have to do?
We are currently learning about hobbies and sports. It's not particularly tricky at the moment seeing as I spent a year learning before I started the degree, but the speed is picking up now. Have 45 new characters to learn for a test on Monday! Had an exam on thursday worth 40% of this module's mark, and I got a high first  Me much happy! I also have to do Sociology, Anthropology and this semester Music in Contemporary Culture/next semester Identities in World History. Next year I can do Chinese history, which should be wicked!

Good luck with the career advisor people, but don't let them talk you into anything. One of my biggest regrets is listening to my careers advisor at the end of year 11...like Biology and Physics have come in handy so far! I wanted to do French! Silly cow :frown:

Anyway, we still haven't met! Why not missy?!!

So she doesn't like it then? Call me thick but the shittiness of my course has fried my brain.
