I often read on here about students who are currently passing all exams ridiculously well and getting A* at a level.
Not usually one of those, i was excited to hear, due to my A in my A2 English Lit exam, i only need 67 marks (a low A) in my coursework to get an A* overall.
My school is not used to As and would generally just be content with making the students pass, so I am worried that I won't be getting that extra push necessary to get this mark.
So I come to you, to ask any extra tips/techniques i would be using to get those top marks in my A2 English Lit coursework.
I would prefer, rather than 'thorough knowledge of the text', to receive tips on techniques/little things that can scrape you those extra marks.
I am studying the use of metaphor in Wilfred Owen's Mental Cases in one piece and comparing Brave New World and Lord of the Flies (focus on civilization etc) in my other.
