I've just gone overdrawn on my Barclays current account (not student). I don't have an overdraft limit or reserve amount, the thing is I've literally JUST gone overdrawn this morning, so if I run to the bank now and put cash in will I be charged for going in for just a few hours? Or does it have to be the end of the day?
If I will be charged, how much is it?

Most banks are a £30 charge. Natwest are extremely unsympathetic in situations like this so thank your lucky stars you're not with those tossers.
Some banks are different however. Lloyds is a lot less and has a certain buffer before they charge you.
Just contact Barclays.

Pay them the penalty now but then reclaim it back later; moneysavingexpert.com

You can't reclaim it back.
You must be looking at an antiquated version of moneysavingexpert.com!
The High Court found for the banks, they are not excessive charges and there is nothing to do but pay up.
