What can I expect from a Tesco "group interview"?

I applied for a shelf stacking job online (at least, I applied to the position that was "hardline assistant". I assume that's what it is (shows how much research I did..).

Anyway, I've been called for a group interview on Monday with around 14 other people. Has anyone had this?

I had a group interview today at Willenhall Tesco
two managers just ask questions to a group of people they'll ask a question and make sure your one of the first too answer because they like confident people

they ask around 5 questions
e.g
when was the last time you dealt with an angry customer
when was the last time you went beyond and above for a customer
when did you have to adapt to change
when did you have to deal with rules and regulations
