I am so scared it's unbelievable. I keep thinking OMG one day I'm gonna die and have to be put in to a coffin and put underground or burnt up and I won't be living any more. I can't stop thinking about it and it makes me so worried. When I think about it, I go crazy - start running around the room, making funny noises etc.

It's like I want to grow and never ever die! I can't face not being here anymore! I just can't stop thinking about it and it's making me panic a lot.

Meh, when I'm dead I won't know about it. I'm more scared of being old.

we all die someday - we just need to accept it and live our lives as best we can. that's how life works. if we all lived forever then there's be no incentive for us to enjoy life

Oh come on man! Everyone is going to die one day so you might as well live life to the full instead of worrying about it.

Being close to death is what makes life fun. Would sky diving or bungee jumping be half as fun if you knew there was absolutely no risk what so ever of you dying? Part of the adrenaline rush is putting your faith in something so flimsy to keep you alive, knowing full well there is every chance it could fail thus sending you plummeting to the ground.

Being close to death is not fun: The illusion of being close to death is fun: Adrenline is fun. Death however is scary. Its natural to be scared of death but not natural to howl and run around the room while threating about it. Have you ever been described with A.D.D or ADHD? Hyperactivity disorder?

Maybe you should give reincarnation or going to heaven/ hell or maybe some sort of religion a go just to settle your insecurities. Maybe we dont just you know die and puff we are gone forever. Maybe our minds, thoughts andhearts live on. Our names live on. We continue to live either way. Maybe just maybe we are not totally dead and we go to some other form. We dont need our human bodies, it gets scars, we can feel pain, we have no super natural powers its totally useless maybe just maybe that is why we just live it behind to rot away. Because we dont want anything to do with it. Anyway who told you that you own that body? Have respect for your body it is only the mind that you own the body is like borrowed clothing.
Hmm it might be slightly on the imaginative side but it is only true once you begin to believe it.
Anyway OP the grass might be greener with a different mind set, there is alternatives to just death and nothing more.
In the mean time keep your heart relaxed.
