Well, the film viewer always wants to watch a good film. But I don't mind, anything that invites thinking and is generally well made.

Invites thinking and is well made - that's pretty vague. I'll have a go, though:

- Blade Runner?
- Being John Malkovich?
- Rashomon?
- Gone Baby Gone?
- Mr Nobody?

Just a couple; I'll probably think of more later on. :colondollar:
Saw Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol last night. Thought it was pretty average, some good bits. The Dubai bit was awesome though. :awesome:

Thanks for the recommendations, but I've seen them (including the top 500 films on IMDB). If anymore come to mind, be sure to let me know!

Don't know if this is the right thread or anything but any Spanish speakers or people who don't mind subtitles, I urge you to watch La Lengua De Las Mariposas (Butterfly's Tongue), there might actually be an English version.. It is one of the best films I've ever seen

You've seen Mr Nobody? :awesome: Not many people I know have. How did you like it?

I don't remember which films are on the IMDB 500, but I suspect you'll probably have watched the recommendations I have to offer. :colondollar: I'll have another go anyway:

- Red Road?
- Fish Tank?
- The Wind that Shakes the Barley?
- Jackie Brown?
- The Game?
- Traffic?
- Before the Devil Knows You're Dead?
- Salaam Bombay!?

Have you seen The Big Heat, The Big Sleep or Double Indemnity?
If any of the subs/mods in here really want a film related discussion to tear their hair out to go in the shoutbox and look at unicrons views on reboots.

Why, what was he saying?
Anybody have a link to a good streaming website for The Golden Globes?
So just watched the Sherlock finale, the episode based around 'The Final Problem' which was really the same premise for the Game of Shadows film. :coma:

Anyone who doesn't watch the show, should watch it.
Yeah, what Ape said.
