I have a little squishy pea sized lump just under my left earlobe, right under the skin where the lobe meets my face. It's not really sore and it's been there for about a week.

I only mention it because I have had a similar thing in my neck on the opposite side for a few months that everyone from GPs to ENT docs have said is just shotty node and nothing to worry about, but now this thing has appeared, does that change things?

I don't feel particularly run down tbh.

I did have a spot on the earlobe itself a few weeks ago.

As it has reocurred, go see the doctor again. Since it has happened more than once they could maybe do a test to confirm.

It hasn't reccured this is new! Just been here for a few days. I thought it was a spot but it doesn't really hurt.

Consult the advice of a GP IMMEDIATELY. It sounds like a malignancy.
