Basically my mum is also a full time student in her second year of a nursing degree, her only income is her student finance+ NHS bursary. So my question is, what does she need to put as her income and what evidence does she need to send in?
I contacted student finance but i got cut off, so can anyone give me some advice?

I would try calling again! Because that's just a loan really which I wouldn't think they would count as an income!!

You need to call them again... Why isn't your mum calling them though? They're going to start asking questions that you may not be able to answer!

I know of somebody whose mother was a student. She was asked by SF for a letter from her employer stating that she was unemployed
