    Youtube 'em.

Metallica are too big and cocky now.
    Megadeth are more real.

There are just too many. Go and listen to these albums:

Metallica - Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning, ...And Justice for All
Slayer - Reign in Blood, World Painted Blood, Christ Illusion
Anthrax - Among The Living, Spreading the Disease
Megadeth - Rust In Peace, Peace Sells... But Who's Buying, Countdown to Extinction

Decent list, though for Slayer instead of World Painted Blood and Christ Illusion I'd check out South of Heaven and Seasons in the Abyss, much better.

I know they're like the best Slayer albums but I never really liked them. Well, I'm not a Slayer fan but I do like Christ Illusion a lot, dunno why many people dislike it.

Here are some of the classics from Anthrax, Slayer and Metallica to get you started, as long as you know these you'll be alright:

I don't really know much Megadeth, but this is the song you hear all the time at clubs so it's probably their most well known one (not necessarily a classic though).

For Anthrax, start with Safe Home and Black Dahlia. That's what I'd recommend anyway.I realise most people would say Among The Living or Spreading the Disease but I prefer this singer.

The videos in the above post are good too.

    Don't tease me!!

    Just spotify them.
Reign in Blood is a must listen album by Slayer. Ride the Lightening, Master of Puppets and Self titled my Metallica are good too. If you want Metallica's newest stuff, the album is Death Magnetic. Not as good as their older stuff though. More mainstream.

I need to get more into Anthrax and Megadeth. What I have heard of them is great!

Oh and check out Diamond Head too :wink2: I wanna try and get them playing at my wedding if they're still playing :mmm:

i don't understand this comment ..........are you suggesting that i shouldn't go because there are people who deserve to go more than me ? are you saying it will be more fair that way

No-one is stopping you from going. how everything folds out in life is up to you. I've manage to put my self in a position to afford to go to a festival this summer(whether youthink i deserve to or not). If you haven't been able to do that ... that's not my fault. And don't say it's not fair because you've had the choice to have made that difference (from whether you could go or not)

sorry i just had to get that out because that statement really annoyed me

but however thanks for the list of songs from the bands ... thats what i was asking for so i could download some songs to start of with. i'll check them out now
