i thought it was starting in 2006? I don't know, but he would definitely be affected (if he's planning on going to Uni that is)

And doctors, and dentists and pharmacists.

yes i was talking about it being relevent to eric. i won't have to be topped up even if i stay in uni (repeating the first year) for another 5 years!

Apparantly, the main reason for him winning was because the labor MPs couldn't afford for Blair to lose out on a big argument, even if they were against the billing. Not really fair that!
