    i have tried and failed 3 times to login to student finance for the first time

    i cant reset my password/secret answer because it comes up as "details not recognised" so i think i may have entered my email incorrectly

    i was going to call them up but i dont know which option to choose on the phone;

    already applied for student support - i havent applied yet!

    havent applied for student support - it just tells me to go online

    parent or sponsor for student - obviously not

    update personal details - tells me again to go online

    anyone know how i can get my account unlocked or how to speak to a real person?!

    FIXED!! i just tried all the options until it gave me an option to talk to someone lol
