I have the same personality type, I can be quite quiet but yet can get my views, presentations, and opinions across loud and clear to the group, but sometimes if I'm interrupted by silly things in the room i can get distracted and start stammering my words and then people trying to talk for me really winds me up.
    I know the feeling.

    OK...

So there is this girl at my college who I absolutely cannot stand. In fact I LOATHE her, her voice, her name, her ****ing ugly face. Now, I don't consider myself to be a hateful person, you have to push a lot of boundaries to get me to dislike you and I tend to avoid confrontation. I do my best to be as respectful and poltite as possible to everyone I ever meet however since sharing classes with this girl in sixth form I have held so much hatred inside me that it is time to let it out. Let me explain why I dislike her so much. She is one of the most narcissistic, self-centred, selfish people I have ever met. She takes full advantage of the fact that I am naturally quite shy and quiet although I am capable of speaking up in class when I have something to contribute in discussions as well as making presentations and speeches. If I have something to say in class she'll immediately block me out and speak for me. If I answer a question that the teacher did not hear she will take the words out of my mouth and answer for me instead. When I presented something to the class last Friday she ripped me into threads, telling me to "speak up a bit please" before I was even able to give my speech. I ended up stuttering like the bloody King's Speech as she ruined my ****ing presentation and everything I had planned to say. I was so pissed off, god I wanted to slap her. Whats more, on a recent trip to Oxford, I had asked someone if my hair was looking messy due to the wind blowing my hair out, she had butted in saying "Isn't it always like that?". She is pushy and loud yet for some reason, everyone seems to adore this girl and worship her, students and teachers alike. I don't understand. They praise her for being beautiful but she looks average to me. They look to her as the brighest girl in the year whose going straight to Oxford but she just works hard, she doesn't possess natural intelligence and she isn't spontaneous. I know I sound like a mean *****, but I just cannot express my anger in any other way. I just don't know how to stand up to this girl, shes literally taking over my life. I feel ostracized from everyone anyway, so theres no way I could get any one on my side. Anyone ever felt this way about someone?
I was on the exact same position last year for english i was stuck in a class with the actuall teacher on maternity and a supply who would allow him to watch pornograffic and violent videos on youtube. Again everyone adores him for whatever reason always loud kept refering to me as a mauritius **** even though he knows i am half jamacian and nigerian, so he was a ****. People like this always get their comeuppance this idiot in context was apparently stabbed in the neck for no reason when everyone who knows him knows he was being a gob***** as per usual, of course he is fine now. Just mutters something incomprehensible everytime i see him.

You need to speak up for yourself when she bothers you. If she interrupts you in class, just say 'could you please shut your trap and let me speak for a moment?' If she says something about the way you look, say something on the lines of 'I didn't ask for your opinion.' or 'who's talking to you?' Just, don't let her speak. If she answers back, make sure you come up with something good to get her pwned

Some members said you won't win if she's popular. Well, this is about defending yourself. Not trying to 'win' other people.

to be fair, i think working hard is a more admirable quality than being naturally talented.
    No way man.
OP, she's a ***** we all get them. Just don't let her get to you! She's nothing to you. You just have to learn to rise above it and get on with life I'm afraid. I know it's hard cause there are so many girls like that who just piss us all off.
Just rise above my friend, rise above.

Are you a girl or guy by the way? It's quite hard to tell.

It's perfectly natural to hate some people! Just shows you actually have a mind and can think for yourself!!
So just ignore her + move on, you won't be at school forever. Considering the average human lifespan, it's actually a very short time.
Don't let ****ers ruin your sleep, it a few years you won't even remember who she was

Well, just that I'm quite a quiet person on occasions, sometimes deathly silent, but when I do something that I know I'm good at, or around people who think like me, then I'm not.

Do it OP I want to see if she's as 'beautiful' as she's made out to be. The sweetest indirect revenge would be being more confident, prospering at life (academically, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and in terms of overall intelligence), making more money than her and telling her to shut the **** up when you're speaking. If you don't feel like doing the above, ram an apple into her mouth and through torrents of ice cubes at her...

Post her pics and contact details on the internet along with your story. That will ruin her life

As I always say, 'the best revenge is bettering yourself'.

It feels so much better than giving them a punch in the face, trust me.

Ok she does sound like a massive *****. Just ignore her.
One advice though, the fact that she ruined your presentation just by a silly comment doesn't say a lot about your confidence and your ability to present stuff. Its not easy to give a presentation and you must be ready for everything. Once, one of the professors attending a presentation for a friend of mine actually yawned. It was a marked one too, full marks for the module, at uni. So my point is if you know your subject believe in it, be well prepared and ignore the audience. So even though she wasn't polite, ruining the presentation was your fault, not hers. Don't expect people to always be nice and polite with you.
