Hey guys, currently trying to write a discursive essay on: "Are ethnic minorities disadvantaged in the UK?". I need a bit of help with the structure, I'm arguing that they are disadvantaged in some respects (primary economically), but their situation will improve. I'm going to write an intro, a paragraph on disadvantages in education and advantages or equalities, and paragraphs like this on their economic situation, and their political and social position. - And then a refutation, but I'm at a loss on how to write this (can't find my notes on it). And obviously a conclusion after this. I just need someone to explain how to do a refutation and if my essay structure is alright. Also: my first ever post!
