    I'm currently taking C1, C2, S1, M1 and FP1

    Next year I have to take C3, C4 and have a choice of two of D1, S2, S3 (requires S2), M2 and M3 (requires M2).

I prefer stats over mechanics but not necessarily enough to take it all the way to S3 and have no idea about D1. Anyone have any advice? I just want to know which you found interesting and especially which might be most useful if I want to study econ at uni?

S2, S3 will be very useful to know if you plan to study Econ.

I did D1, S2 and M2 over the course of doing my maths and further maths A Level, and I would say stats and decision is much easier than mechanics but it depends on what kind of maths you're in to. I don't really get on with mechanics, hence the reason I probably found D1 and S2 easier! But I think most people in my class were of the same opinion as me Quite a few people find the statistics quite boring and tbh it can be! Honestly it doesn't matter too much, all the modules have the pros and cons, go on the exam board website and look at the specification- that'll give you an idea of what is in the exams and which one is best suited to you
