I don't know whether to get gig tickets for someone.

I've been seeing this guy since January, I've known him for ages though and we were really good friends for a while first. So I know him pretty well.

It's his birthday coming up really soon and I still haven't got him anything.

I've seen these gig tickets that he would probably like. The only thing is they're about £35/40 each. Obviously I would get one for me, and for him.

    Is this too much??

I don't know if he would definitely want them, but he listens to this band a lot and I know he really likes them so it should be ok.

It may seem to him that your making a move on him by buying him these tickets at that cost after only knowing him a month or 2. If it feels right....go for it!

I've known him for well over a year.
We've been seeing each other for just over 2 months.

Ask him indirectly, and make sure he really likes the band..then make your move.

    aww. i love weezer.

though i much prefer their 'blue album','green album' + 'maladroit' type of stuff....not the more recent 'raditude'-era sh*te ('i'm your daddy'?! ugh!)

oh, and to answer the title question: YES. <3
