I've applied to study a French and English course, but recently started to stress about it. From talking to some people who do joint degrees, it seems as if they end up loving one subject and focus massively on it, while hating the other, and don't feel they "belong" in either department.
Anyone who's studying/has studied a joint degree, is this normally the case?

I would try to tell you that many love both but as far as I am concerned, I hate economics but love politics so yeah, that might ring true.

Its not a happy ending, its the truth.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
